Bio: Dr. Friedman joined the Family Practice Center in 1978. He received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He went on to receive his M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1974 followed by completing an internship at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, New York. Dr. Friedman served in the National Health Service Corps at Frenchberg, Kentucky for three years. He currently serves on the Blackhawk County Board of Health as Medical Advisor. Dr. Friedman chairs both the Library Committee and Conference Committee at the Family Practice Residency Program as well as being a member of the Medical Education Committee.
